APC (PHP Opcode Cache) in Cloud Hosting
You can use APC with each cloud hosting package that we offer as it's already set up on our advanced cloud platform and activating it will take you just a few clicks in your Hepsia Control Panel. As our platform is really flexible, you can run sites with various requirements and decide whether they will use APC or not. For example, you could enable APC only for one release of PHP or you can do the latter for several of the releases running on the platform. You can also decide if all sites using a given PHP version will use APC or whether the latter will be active just for selected Internet sites and not for all Internet sites in the hosting account. The aforementioned option is useful if you need to employ a different web accelerator for some of your Internet sites. These customizations are performed with ease via a php.ini file in selected domain or subdomain folders.
APC (PHP Opcode Cache) in Semi-dedicated Servers
You can use APC for each script application that is run on your new semi-dedicated server as the module is pre-installed on the cloud hosting platform where the account will be generated. Activating or deactivating APC for the whole account takes a single click from the Hepsia Control Panel, but if necessary, you could use the module just for particular websites. This is possible due to the flexibility of our cloud platform - different releases of PHP run on it concurrently, so with a php.ini file placed in a site folder, you can select what release will be used for this specific Internet site and whether APC has to be enabled or disabled. Using such a file enables you to use settings which are different from the standard ones for your account, so you'll be able to take full advantage of APC for some scripts where the module makes a difference and not for others where you may employ some other type of web accelerator.
