In this case, it is the responsibility of the participant to carry out any necessary procedures to the nearest Spanish consulate or embassy. The decision of granting the visa is at the discretion of the consulate or embassy and is not the responsibility of Delengua. A refusal of the visa and, therefore, the impossibility of entering Spain implies the loss of the prize without having the right to any compensation.
